Calling all past, present, and future members of the Lancaster Community: We are very excited to announce that Writers House initiative Poetry Rolls is BACK!

The Philadelphia Alumni Writers House puts poetry into motion with its public art project, Poetry Rolls. Our van, covered with magnetic words and filled with poetry activities, will make stops at schools and community gathering places throughout Lancaster during the week of October 21 to 26, giving Lancastrians of all ages the chance to make and share new poems.

Staffed by our own fantastic student staffers, Poetry Rolls brings not only poetry but boundless creativity to the Lancaster community. But we can’t write without you!
